At GBK808, healthy entertainment starts with smart decisions. We provide tools, resources, and support to ensure every member can enjoy their online gaming experience in a safe, controlled, and enjoyable way.
Online gaming should be an enjoyable form of entertainment — not a source of stress, anxiety, or financial difficulty. gbk808 understands that a small number of users may struggle to control their gaming habits, and we take this responsibility seriously.
The gbk808 platform is built on a "safe by design" approach — meaning responsible gaming features are embedded directly into your gaming experience, not added as an afterthought. From flexible deposit limits to self-break options, all these tools are available in your account dashboard and can be activated at any time.
We also work closely with local support organisations in Malaysia to ensure members who need professional help can access it easily. Remember: asking for help is a sign of strength, not weakness.
Important Notice: Online gambling is for entertainment purposes only. Never gamble with money you cannot afford to lose. If you or someone you care about shows signs of a gambling problem, please use our self-control tools or contact the gbk808 support team immediately.

If the answer to any of the questions above is "yes", we encourage you to use GBK808's self-control tools or seek professional support.
Six key tools we provide to help you maintain full control over your gaming experience on the GBK808 platform.
Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits based on your financial means. Once a limit is set, the gbk808 system will automatically block any deposit that exceeds it. Limits can be reduced immediately, but increases require a 24-hour waiting period for your protection.
Control how long you spend on the GBK808 platform each day. When your time limit is approaching, the system will send an early warning. Once the limit is reached, your session will end automatically. This feature helps you maintain a healthy balance between entertainment and daily life.
Need a short break from the platform? Activate a self-break for 1 day, 1 week, 1 month, or 3 months. During the break period, your account will be blocked from all wagering activity. Your account balance remains safe and withdrawals can still be made throughout this period.
If you need a long-term solution, the permanent self-exclusion option allows you to close your GBK808 account permanently. Once activated, re-registration using the same personal information is not permitted. This is the most serious step available, and we respect every member's decision.
Review your full gaming activity history — including total amount spent, wins, losses, and session duration — in the gbk808 account dashboard. These clear, detailed reports help you make an accurate assessment of your gaming habits.
GBK808 sends proactive notifications to members who display risky gaming patterns — such as sudden increases in deposit frequency or excessively long play sessions. These alerts are delivered directly to your email and in-app notifications as friendly early warning signals.
Activating responsible gaming tools on gbk808 takes just a few minutes. Follow these simple steps:
Access your account using the "Login" button at the top of the page. Make sure you are logged into the correct account before making any changes to your settings.
Click on your profile icon in the top right corner of the platform, then select "Account Settings" from the dropdown menu. You can also navigate directly to the "Responsible Gaming" tab.
Choose the type of control you want — deposit limit, time limit, temporary self-break, or self-exclusion. Each tool comes with a brief description to help you make the right choice.
Enter your desired limit amount and click "Save". The gbk808 system will process your request instantly and send a confirmation to your registered email.
Check your limit usage at any time via the "My Activity" section in your gbk808 account. Clear graphics show your current usage against the limits you have set.
